This Service is also open to local agencies providing
debt advice to their own clients and would like
guidance on particular cases.
Where possible the client should be available
with the adviser when making the call. The Money
Advice Service and trained Adviser/Tutors from
the bureaux offer training in money advice, consumer
rights, welfare benefits etc to advisers in local
voluntary and statutory agencies. |
